Hello,

The check {{ check.name }}
in project {{ check.project.name }} is currently flapping.
It has changed between the "up" and "down" states {{ num_flips }}
times in the last 24 hours.

Common reasons for a check changing its state frequently are:
• The monitored system is misbehaving and changing between healthy and unhealthy
states frequently.
• The check is configured incorrectly: either its schedule is wrong, or its
grace time is too short.

Please look into the cause of the frequent state changes and see if anything needs to
be fixed. If you have trouble accessing your {% site_name %} account, or have any
questions, please reach out to us at {{ support_email }}.

Sincerely,
The {% site_name %} Team
